Poirier Realty began in 1962 with Larry Poirier as the principal. For 40 years Poirier Realty has been instrumental in bringing new subdivisions and new businesses to the Leominster-Fitchburg area. Among others, Larry Poirier brought Burger King, Chopsticks and d'Angelo's to the Mall at Whitney Field.

In 1993, Tom McNamara joined as a full-time commercial broker in the ever-expanding local market. With the advent of I-190 and the development of Devens, the Central Massachusetts area continues to grow.

Today, two-full-time commercial brokers and one full-time residential agent can provide all services to sellers and buyers as well as landlords and tenants.
